You're under contract! Congratulations! Now what? 

You're in your inspection period now. (Also called due diligence period)

This is the time in which you can do any and all inspections. Home inspectors are hired to come to the property and go through it to give you an idea of what has happened with the property.

 

The first thing to remember: RELAX

You are looking for big ticket items, such as hvac, plumbing, electrical, etc. Every house has issues, including the one you currently live in. Sometimes we just don't realize it. These reports can make a buyer nervous because so they are so extensive. Our team works closely with knowledgeable contractors in all areas and we are here to help you and answer any questions you may have.
